Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word that means "Universal Life Energy." The Usui System of Reiki trains the practitioner how to direct through his/her hand this healing energy, rebalancing the natural energy state of the body. The Ki or energy is excellent to help bring balance to the organs and tissues of the body. Reiki is a simple, loving, yet powerful method of treatment that puts the receiver in a very relaxed state.
